Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, stems removed and sliced into quarters
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi pieces, from 3-4 kiwis, peeled, cut in quarters, then sliced into pieces
  • 1 cup whole blueberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • If desired: 1 tablespoon honey (or agave or sugar for vegan)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss gently. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
