Dressing for Chicken Cutlets on a Bed of Mixed Greens

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped or herb of choice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle in olive oil while whipping to emulsify
