
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Clean and prep various veggie sticks for serving such as snap peas, jicama, carrots, radish, celery or cucumber
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth, adding more buttermilk as you go to achieve the desired consistency. Refrigerate as least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
- In individual small serving cups, add 3 tablespoons of the ranch dressing to the bottom. Assemble a variety of veggies sticks in each cup. 6 veggie sticks should fit. Note: Nutrition information is for the Homemade ranch dressing only as type of veggie sticks may vary.
