Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients

1 cup packed fresh parsley

3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Add the parsley and cilantro to a food processor and pulse 3 to 4 times. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture is smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Drizzle over steak, chicken or pork.
