Cacio e Pepe Popcorn
Ingredients

14 cups popped corn, your favorite or see our Stovetop Popcorn recipe

olive oil spray

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste

1.5 ounces grated pecorino Romano cheese (1/2 cup)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250 F on convection. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Divide the popcorn in half and spread in an even layer onto the 2 lined baking sheets. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese.
Place in oven for 5-6 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and stick to the popcorn. Remove and allow to cool slightly before transferring to serving bowl, scraping any remaining cheese and pepper over the popcorn. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Store leftovers in sealed container.
