*Big Event Whole Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 whole skinless chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place chicken in a roasting pan. Rub skin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  4. Bake chicken in oven for approximately 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
