Ingredients
- 1 whole skinless chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place chicken in a roasting pan. Rub skin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Bake chicken in oven for approximately 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
