*Big Event Sauteed Rapini

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch rapini (broccoli raab)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add oil and rapini. Saute 5-6 minutes or until just wilted.
  2. Serve with salt and pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over rapini just before serving.
