Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, preferably Madras
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation
