Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder, preferably Madras
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
