Leaders Creating a Culture at Its Best Workshops

Whether working onsite, remote, or hybrid, MHealthy’s FREE workshops give you and your team members the strategies and suggestions needed to feel connected, manage well-being challenges and fully thrive in today’s work environment.

“What I enjoyed most about the workshop were, opportunities to talk with other folks about what is happening in their workplaces and how we can learn from each other to create a climate of wellness.”- Past workshop participant

*Special Note*:

As of July 28th, 2023, MHealthy is unfortunately going to need to pause on the “Leaders Creating a Culture at its Best” development sessions.

MHealthy leadership will continue to take feedback from past participants and assess the demand for future sessions later this Fall.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be able to offer session again soon.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to create cultures of wellness in your team by examining your team’s values and behaviors.

  • Learn about U-M’s Model of Well-Being and how integrating its principles in your team can increase social connection, mental and emotional well-being and engagement.

  • Discover how MHealthy and its partners’ resources can contribute to engagement, collegiality and satisfaction at work.

  • Participate in activities that MHealthy can customize and facilitate for your team.

  • Create a roadmap to help shape well behavior in your work team.

This is an experiential learning opportunity where you will engage in topic discussions while listening and learning from your colleagues.
