TAKE A JOURNEY ON THE MHEALTHY EXPRESS TRAIN
Make a habit of taking a few minutes every work day to relax, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being.
WHAT IS MHEALTHY JOURNEY? MHealthy Journey is an eight-week stress management program designed to help you make small changes and form a lasting habit of practicing self-care and taking care of your overall well-being. Your MHealthy Wellness Coordinator will supply your department with an MHealthy Journey itinerary poster, stickers, goal sheets and examples of possible goals. Each week you will receive a fun electronic communication about your travel destination and creative ways to manage your stress and turn your wellness goal into a reality.
HOW TO PLAY:
- Set a wellness goal and decide what steps to take over the next eight-weeks to reach your goal.
- Add a sticker along the route for every “journey” you take.
- At the end of eight weeks, celebrate with your department the goals you have reached and strides you have taken in taking care of your well-being.
