Your week 1 is whenever you start. Since it is a rolling registration, you can join anytime. From the time you start, you get 14 weeks of webinars.
If you have to miss a week or two, you can review the PowerPoint and watch the video that is sent to you each week. If you have questions about the material, contact your coach for more information.

Submit your weight between Thursday (when you get the weekly email) and Sunday by 5 p.m. using the link in your weekly e-mail. This weight does not have to be a certified weight, but can be taken anywhere (at home, at the gym, etc.).
