Join one of the easiest nutrition programs ever!

Colorful Choices is all about healthy eating patterns anyone can adopt. There is no calorie counting, weighing, or measuring. Simply eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. Registration now open! Program starts June 24.

How it works:

  • Your goal is to eat at least 3½ cups of produce each day – in red, orange, yellow/white, green, and blue/violet. By spreading your daily vegetable and fruit choices across the rainbow of colors, you are guaranteed the best produce has to offer – vitamins, fiber, and phytochemicals.
  • Earn points each time you eat fruits and vegetables by tracking your intake on your computer or mobile device. A serving of vegetables is worth two points and fruits one point. Produce like spinach, blueberries and tomatoes, which may offer extra health benefits, earn participants one bonus point.
  • Get healthy recipes, tips, and more.
  • Participate as an individual or part of a team of two to 10 people.
