Meditation has been shown to have numerous benefits in stress relief and emotional well-being. This online StayWell program offers 21 days of audio meditation to encourage participants to get started on their journey to a better state of mind and is free
Self-Directed Coaching: Stress Less and Sleep Well programs
Self-Directed Coaching is an online, self-paced program offered through the StayWell. Participants start with a mini-assessment, then engage in interactive, tracking and or educational articles or videos. After 5 levels are completed, the participant does another assessment and continues on in the program. Weekly emails remind participants to keep on track with this health area and to think about making better health choices every day. Participants can participant in one of both programs.
Sleep Well Program
In this 8-week, online program offered through StayWell, you will learn how to develop sleeping skills that will help you get a good night's sleep each and every night.
