National Mental Health Month

Just like physical health, emotional well-being is an essential part of our overall wellness and needs attention and care. Being mindful of how you feel, being kind to yourself and regularly checking in with your emotions are just as important as eating right and staying active.

If an emotion is preventing you from feeling your best, a wealth of services and resources are available through MHealthy, the Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling & Workplace Resilience, and the Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office  to support you at no charge. Mental and behavioral health services are also covered by your U-M health plan.
