PATH – Personal Action Toward Health – is an engaging, interactive six-week workshop to help faculty, staff and their families learn new skills and tools to manage long-term health problems and live a healthier life. These are free, evidence-based workshops led by certified leaders. To get the most out of this experience, you are encouraged to attend all six weeks.

PATH workshops are for you if you have:
- High blood pressure
- Ongoing pain or fatigue
- Kidney disease
- Back pain
- Other long-term health problems
- Or are a caregiver to someone dealing with any of these conditions
PATH workshops at the University of Michigan are provided through a partnership between MHealthy, Michigan Partners on the PATH, and the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. The workshops are run by the State of Michigan’s Michigan Healthy Program, which offers additional information and resources on its website.
This program qualifies for MHealthy Rewards 2018! Benefits-eligible faculty and staff can go to the StayWell Portal to learn how to successfully complete this program to earn points towards a $100 reward.
