Are you struggling with fatigue or pain?

Are you experiencing symptoms that are affecting your daily life?

Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition?

PATH – Personal Action Toward Health – is an engaging, interactive six-week workshop to help faculty, staff and their families learn new skills and tools to manage long-term health problems and live a healthier life.

New Format! Workshops now meet twice a week for one hour. These workshops are free, evidence-based, and led by certified leaders. To get the most out of this experience, you are encouraged to attend all six weeks.
