Health System Children's Center Camp on the Move

Let your child make the most of summer at the camp that’s got it all! At Camp on the Move, kids experience play-based activities at our North Campus home base, spend all morning exploring and discovering the city of Ann Arbor through hands-on field trips, and have a picnic lunch and an afternoon swim each day. This active camp offers ample time for play, sports, relaxing, reading, arts and crafts and summer fun! Location: Northwood Community Center, Ann Arbor. Ages served: kindergarten through fifth grade. Junior Counselors (children in grades six through eight who have previously attended Camp on the Move) can also join in the fun. Choose the weeks you want between June 20-August 31, 2016. North Campus Children's Center School-Age Summer Camp

Please join us for a summer experience designed to nurture your child's curiosity and creativity. Each week will include rich opportunities for expression and exploration through visual art, movement, and nature. Weekly activities will also include field trips and swimming. The camp's activities are inspired by the Reggio-Emilia philosophy of early childhood education used in the North Campus Children's Center. Location: North Campus Children's Center, Ann Arbor. Ages served: 6-9 years old. Week-long day camp sessions run from June 20-August 26, 2016. Camp Explorations and Little Explorers Camp

The Museum of Natural History celebrates its 19th year of summer science fun for children! Camp Explorations (ages 6-12) includes daily experiments, hands-on activities, related games, journaling and fun. Topics include astronomy, paleontology, forensic science, archaeology, and zoology. Hours: 8:00 a.m.-noon (morning session); 1-4 p.m. (afternoon session) with optional aftercare available. Dates: June 20-August 19, 2016. Also, new this year: we are offering three weeks of Little Explorers Camp (ages 4-5) with morning sessions from 8:30 a.m.-noon. KidSport offers children the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports, team-building games, fitness and swimming activities. The morning session is for ages 4-13, and the afternoon session is for ages 7-13 with sport-specific training. Also offered is our Summer Fun afternoon program for ages 4-6. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers and education majors, and activities are age-appropriate and developed by experts in children's physical education.
