Join Caregiver PATH (Personal Action Toward Health), a free, interactive six-week workshop designed to help faculty, staff and their families deal with the daily challenges of caring for a loved one. Each workshop is evidence-based and led by certified leaders.
- Manage your stress
- Manage your loved one’s difficult behaviors
- Get the help you need from others
- Communicate better with family, friends and the health care team

If you’d like to learn more about Caregiver PATH, attend the information session (optional, this is not required to join) on Wednesday, March 21, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., at the East Ann Arbor Health Center, basement conference room, 4260 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor. Snacks will be available.
To get the most out of this experience, you are encouraged to attend all six weeks, plus the bonus session. Snacks will be provided at all sessions.
