From Nov. 28 – Dec. 2, anyone interested in trying out a 100-level MHealthy exercise and relaxation class before registering can attend for free (space permitting). This is a great opportunity to try a class you might be interested in joining during the upcoming winter session.
Winter class registration opens on Dec. 5 and the class schedule is now available to get an early look. More than 100 classes are scheduled, including favorites like yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning and step aerobics. If you’re looking to try something new, MHealthy recently added new classes like Cardio Hip Hop, Capoeira and Barre Fusion.
MHealthy winter classes run January 9 – May 7, 2016 and are open to U-M faculty, staff, students and the general public (perfect if you want to join with a friend or family member!). All are taught by certified instructors and are located in more than 26 locations around campus.
