If you’re thinking about quitting tobacco or vaping but aren’t sure how to start, attend a “Thinking About Quitting Tobacco” virtual workshop

Registration is open for two workshops; choose which date works best for you:

  • Thursday,  December 14, 2023, 12  – 1 p.m.

  • Tuesday,  January 2, 2024, 12  – 1 p.m.

A welcoming, judgment-free environment

The one-hour virtual workshop is offered by the Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS). Whether you have never quit before or you have tried many times, you’ll learn what support is available to you through the university and get your questions answered in a pressure-free environment.

  • Meet one of TCS’ caring Tobacco Treatment Specialists in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

  • Discover how TCS can help to empower and support you on your journey toward a tobacco-free life.

  • Learn about the benefits of quitting tobacco or vaping.

  • Learn about treatment, support and resources available when you’re ready to start your tobacco free and/or vape free journey.

  • When you’re ready to take the first step, access free individual or group tobacco counseling.

If you can’t make the December or January dates, additional workshops will be offered each month.
