With Daylight Saving Time ending on November 6, we'll gain one hour. Sounds good right? Not always.

An article in Harvard’s Health Blog points out that the seemingly small one-hour shift during Daylight Saving Time transitions can affect our sleep-wake cycle, disrupting our sleep for several days.  Sleep loss, mood disturbances, and even more traffic accidents are some of the negative effects researchers have noted during the transition from DST to Standard Time.
