Take 5 to Focus Now!

Do you want to stress less, have more focus, and generally feel better? Try practicing daily mindfulness and see if it's right for you.

Try signing up for Take 5 to Focus, a well-being program available on the MHealthy Portal. It encourages you to take short breaks by watching mindfulness or meditation videos.

“Making space for rest and calm, even for a few minutes, is good for you,” states Kelcey Stratton, resiliency and well-being services program manager at Michigan Medicine. “This program offers a simple yet structured way to help you pause, refresh, and refocus.”

Take 5 Videos Available Now; Nov. 21 Final Day to Register!
