Get moving, get fit, and relieve stress this winter! Registration is now open for more than 100 MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes. Yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT), boot camp, Zumba, strength training, spinning and much more are available. Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and run January 8–April 22, 2018.
All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors, are for any fitness level, and are conveniently located at 26 different sites across the university.
