Get moving, get fit, and relieve stress this winter! Classes start January 9 but space is still available. Register now for more than 100 MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes including yoga, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and more. Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and run January 9 - May 7, 2017.
New classes for winter 2017! Trying something new keeps your workout fresh, motivating and allows you to train different muscle groups. MHealthy now offers:
- Cardio Hip Hop Class: High-intensity dance workout set to Hip Hop and Top 40 music!
- Barre Fusion Class: Create strength, flexibility, and balance using elements of Pilates, ballet and athletic conditioning.
- Capoeira Class: Burn calories and strengthen your entire body using elements of dance and martial arts.
All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors, are for any fitness level, and are conveniently located at 26 different sites across the university.
BONUS: MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes qualify for MHealthy Rewards 2017, which gives benefits-eligible faculty and staff the opportunity to earn up to $100 for completing two different qualifying activities in 2017. Look for more information when Rewards launches on Jan. 12!
