Interact virtually with our MHealthy chefs and dietitians as they share time saving tips, help you cut costs, and teach you how to create tasty dishes using vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish, low-fat dairy, lean meat and beneficial fats.
May 2021 Cooking Class Series
Registration is open now through April 28 for the May Cooking Class Series. The cost to attend the three-class series is $30.
May 5 Class – Great Whole Grains
It's easy and exciting to replace refined grain products with whole grains that are delicious and have tons of health benefits.
May 12 Class – Enjoy More Mushrooms
Let's put the fun in fungi! Mushrooms, with their meaty taste and texture, are loaded with health benefits and medicinal properties that may help boost your immune system.
May 19 Class – Onions for Overall Health
Onions and other members of the Allium family such as shallots, leeks, scallions, garlic and chives are staples in most kitchens around the world because they are so versatile and add so much flavor to any savory dish.
MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine, which explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.

MHealthy will host a different cooking class series each month. Registration will open a few weeks before the first class date.
