Does diversity affect the bottom line? Can we improve excellence with diversity? Why do diverse teams outperform homogeneous teams?
University of Michigan Professor and Researcher Dr. Scott E. Page will speak to the U-M community about how we can change the way we think about diversity in the workplace and tap its power to create excellence.
Dr. Page makes a compelling case for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. His research findings present overwhelming evidence that teams that include different kinds of thinkers outperform homogeneous groups on complex tasks, leading to improved problem solving, increased innovation, and more accurate predictions.
Leveraging Diversity to Create High-Performance Teams is open to all U-M community members. Space is limited! Register today.
