Celebrate U-M’s bicentennial and the upcoming holiday season by taking a look back at traditional fall dishes from a century ago and reimagining them with a healthier twist!

Sign up to attend the free “Fall Favorites: Looking Back, Looking Ahead” chef demonstration and watch MDining chefs remake these favorites:

  • Wild Rice & Local Roasted Turkey Salad with Cranberry Orange Relish
  • Fall Harvest Butternut Squash Bake
  • Pickled Vegetables
  • Pungent Pumpkin Pie

Featured recipes are great options for serving at any celebration or when deciding what to do with holiday leftovers.

Enjoy food samples, cooking tips, and recipes, and get a chance to win a bag of groceries to prepare the featured recipes at home!
