Are you experiencing symptoms that are affecting your daily life?
Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition?
Join PATH – Personal Action Toward Health – an engaging, interactive six-week workshop to help faculty, staff and their families learn new skills and tools to manage long-term health problems and live a healthier life. This free workshop starts May 23 and will be held every Tuesday through June 27.
PATH workshops are for you if you have:
- Arthritis
- High blood pressure
- Ongoing pain or fatigue
- Cancer
- Kidney disease
- Diabetes
- Back pain
- Other long-term health problems
- Or are a caregiver to someone dealing with any of these conditions

If you’d like to learn more about PATH, MHealthy is holding two information sessions (optional, this is not required to join PATH).

PATH Workshop:
The PATH workshop is a free, evidence-based workshop led by certified leaders. To get the most out of this experience, attend all six weeks. Bonus - Benefits-eligible faculty and staff may be eligible to earn $50 through MHealthy Rewards.
