Davis Vision by MetLife
Davis Vision will now be referred to as Davis Vision by MetLife. The change will not impact the scope of benefits, vision provider network or premiums.
If you are enrolled in the U-M Vision Plan, there is no action required. At your next vision care appointment, inform your provider your insurance plan is Davis Vision by MetLife. Additionally, you can provide your digital ID card, name or employee ID number.
MetLife’s MyBenefits Website
Those enrolled in the Vision Plan will have access to the vision program on MetLife’s MyBenefits website. Register or sign in to your existing account for all your benefit needs, including the ‘Find a Vision Provider’ tool, claims history and access to a digital ID card.

Reminder
Open Enrollment for 2024 benefits is October 16-27, 2023 (ends at 5pm EST). It’s an opportunity for you to change your coverage in health, dental, vision and legal services plans. Benefits changes and new rates take effect Jan. 1, 2024. No action is required to keep current benefits, except for FSAs. You must re-enroll if you wish to participate in 2024.
