Registration is now open for February’s series. Register by 10 a.m., January 27.

February 2 Class (6 – 6:45 p.m.) – Comfort Food Classics

The sight or smell of foods we enjoyed when we were growing up can bring back fond memories. This helps the brain release a neurotransmitter called dopamine which makes us feel happy. In this class, you’ll prepare cozy classics.

February 16 Class (6 – 6:45 p.m.) – Citrus to Brighten the Cold Winter Days

Like liquid sunshine, citrus can brighten up the darkest day. In this class, you’ll prepare dishes that can boost your mood with a blast of intense deliciousness and a healthy dose of vitamin C, potassium and fiber.
