MHealthy Cooking Classes Return!

MHealthy cooking classes focus on teaching you how to make easy and delicious meals and snacks based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish, low-fat dairy, lean meat and beneficial fats.

Get tips on how to save time, cut costs and create healthier dishes you and your family will love! All classes will include generous tastings of each recipe.

The Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome Cooking Class (Presented by the Division of GI and Hepatology)

Learn easy ways to prepare low FODMAP recipes that are practical, user friendly and easily reproducible at home. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that are suitable for those on a low FODMAP diet will be prepared.
