July 17 Class: Winner Winner Chicken Dinner
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll take a flavorful journey into creating easy and healthy main courses like braised chicken and sheet pan fajitas. Chicken is a great source of lean protein as well as vitamin B6 and B12, which support metabolism and nerve function. 

 

July 31 Class: Easy and Enticing Fish and Seafood
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

Dive into the art of effortless fish and seafood cooking! In this class, you’ll expand your culinary skills by making healthy, restaurant-quality seafood dishes at home, including shrimp skewers and a New England-style sheet pan seafood dinner.
