Join in MHealthy’s Virtual Well-being Extravaganza, Oct. 1

As we juggle work and life – sometimes in the same space – taking care of yourself is more important than ever. That’s why MHealthy is hosting its all-virtual “Be Well Your Way” event on Thursday, October 1 for faculty and staff.

“Since we can’t host our annual event at the Big House this year, we’re coming to your house, your campus, your office, or where ever you’re working right now,” says Colleen Greene, Senior Wellness Coordinator for MHealthy. “We’ve created an all-virtual version that includes dozens of special presentations and demonstrations focusing on all areas of your well-being.”

The day’s sessions are scheduled for early morning, morning and afternoon:  

  • 7 – 8 a.m.: Early morning yoga/meditation
  • 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Morning sessions
  • 4 – 6 p.m.: Afternoon sessions

Choose From 20 Session Options 

There’s something for everyone! Get moving, find your center, nourish your body and mind, and find stability in your life and mood. Join us for one topic, or choose a few.

Most sessions are 15 - 30 minutes. Due to participant limits in Zoom, sign up for up to three sessions and make sure to add to your calendar.

Get moving or find balance as certified instructors lead you in 15 – 30-minute exercise and relaxation classes:

  • Meditation / Family meditation

  • Zumba
  • Abs and Back
