Giving Blueday: Your day to be a victor

Giving Blueday is Nov. 29, 2016

Giving Blueday, the University of Michigan’s university-wide day of giving, is Tuesday, November 29, 2016. No matter where you are or the time of day, you can support what you love about Michigan.

Here are three ways to be a victor and support staff with your gift:

Emergency Hardship Program-When our colleagues face sudden and significant hardships and are left without sufficient funds for immediate and essential expenses, the Emergency Hardship Program can provide resource recommendations and, in specific emergency cases, funds to bridge the gap. Give now to support faculty and staff in times of hardship.

Friends of the U-M Children’s Centers-Your gift to this fund provides essential support for early childhood education, teacher professional development, and tuition grants at the Health System Children's Center, North Campus Children's Center and Towsley Children's House. Give now to help support quality early childhood education and tuition grants at the University of Michigan Children’s Centers.

Voices of the Staff Career Development Fund-In celebration of 200 years of staff contribution, this fund will provide grants to U-M staff to support their professional growth and development. First grants will be awarded in June 2017. Donations in any amount are welcome. Consider a one-time or monthly donation of just 200 pennies to honor the university’s 200th year by helping staff achieve their goals.  Give now to support staff career development.
