Non-exempt staff are paid every two weeks. Exempt staff and faculty are paid once a month. Each bi-weekly pay period begins at 12:01 a.m. on the Sunday before the next pay day and ends at 12:00 midnight on Saturday, fourteen (14) consecutive days later. Bi-weekly pay day is the following Friday unless otherwise announced. A full-time employee normally receives payment for 80 hours each bi-weekly pay day.
The monthly pay day is normally on the last working day of the month. Each pay period begins at 12:01 a.m. on the first working day of each month and ends at 12:00 midnight on the last working day of each month.
