Overtime
Non-exempt staff members include Office and Technical staff and some Allied Health and Professional/Administrative staff members who are eligible for overtime pay at one-and-one-half the hourly rate.
All regular, non-exempt staff members who work forty (40) hours in a calendar week (Sunday through Saturday) are paid overtime at one-and-one-half times their regular hourly rate of pay, including shift premium if applicable.
Overtime, when assigned by your supervisor, is a requirement of every position. When practicable, it will be arranged to cause the least inconvenience to you. (SPG 201.38, 201.38-1)
