There are several university Standard Practice Guides (SPGs) that put the university’s Nondiscrimination Statement into effect.

SPG 201.35 prohibits discrimination in employment and human resources policies and practices and states that reasonable accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities and to accommodate religious practices.
