Open to everyone. Led by registered dietitians, fitness and health behavior specialists. 12-weeks of group sessions. One-on-one consultations with individualized nutrition and physical activity plans. Strategies for how-to develop healthier eating and physical activity habits and a healthier attitude. Groups meet at U-M campus locations.

Weight Watchers®:
Open to U-M Faculty & Staff & Spouses/OQAs.  MHealthy continues to collaborate with Weight Watchers to make it even more affordable for U-M employees. The discount applies to both the traditional 12-week Weight Watchers community program and Weight Watchers AT WORK programs held at U-M locations.
