Ready to Lose: MHealthy Weight Loss Program
Built on the collective wisdom of researchers, MHealthy weight loss experts, and our clients, Ready to Lose is a new approach to helping you shed extra pounds. It is a 24-week, webinar-based weight loss program offering support and personal coaching to help increase your chance of success. Free to U-M faculty, staff, and spouses/OQAs of university employees, with a BMI above 25.
Join today! Weight Watchers not only helps you lose weight but will also allow you to keep it off! Get an integrated approach that combines smarter eating, healthy habits, exercise and supportive weekly meetings. Through a special alliance with Weight Watchers and MHealthy, the cost to participate is only $72 for up to two 12-week sessions during the calendar year 2015. The discount applies to both the traditional Weight Watchers community program and Weight Watchers AT WORK held at U-M locations. Open to U-M faculty, staff, and spouses/OQAs of university employees.

More than 300 healthy recipes are available that meet MHealthy’s Nutrition Guidelines, emphasizing whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, lean protein, low fat dairy and healthy fats.
