This year-long program includes both group sessions and one-on-one consultations with dietitians, fitness specialists and behavior specialists as well as individualized nutrition and physical activity plans, blood work, health assessments and more.

MHealthy Employee Weight Management: Healthy Habits at Work
Open to U-M Faculty & Staff only. This is a 12-week program designed exclusively for U-M employees who want to participate at their worksites. Program includes one-on-one consultations with dietitians and health and fitness specialists, 10 weekly group meetings, unlimited email and phone access, weekly recipes and more.

Weight Watchers AT WORK Program®:
Open to U-M Faculty & Staff only. This is a 12-week program of on-site weekly meetings led by specially trained Weight Watchers facilitators at U-M locations
