30-minute health & wellness webinars to help you stay on track this winter.

For many of us, the end of the year means office parties, planning holiday celebrations and preparing to welcome friends and family members into our homes. During this busy time of year, it can sometimes be a challenge to keep up a healthy lifestyle.

Back by popular demand, MHealthy's "'Tis the Season" webinar series returns with advice and tips to help you stay healthy and maintain your peace of mind during this busy time of year. Sign up for all three webinars or pick what topics interest you most and register for just one or two.

Time: Each 30-minute session is held from 12 – 12:30 p.m.

If you need closed-captioning of webinars, as an accommodation for a disability, please let MHealthy know 1 week prior to the webinar event, 647-7888.
