Back by popular demand, MHealthy's "'Tis the Season" webinar series returns with advice and tips to help you stay healthy and maintain your peace of mind during this busy time of year. Sign up for all three webinars or pick what topics interest you most and register for just one or two.

December 3: Planning for Festivities
Learn how to enjoy holiday events while making smart choices for yourself and for those you care about. December 10: Celebrate with Energy and Cheer
Many of us feel a bit overwhelmed and exhausted during the holidays. Learn how to balance self-care with caring for others, and how to replace fatigue with energy and vigor. Co-presented by: John R.
