Health & wellness programs to help you stay on track this winter

For many of us, the winter season means office parties, planning holiday celebrations and preparing to welcome friends and family members into our homes. During this busy time of year, it can sometimes be a challenge to keep up a healthy lifestyle. The following programs and services are available to help you navigate the hustle and bustle of the season and celebrate while maintaining your health goals.


Back by popular demand, MHealthy's "'Tis the Season" webinar series returns to offer advice and tips to help you stay healthy and maintain your energy and peace of mind during this busy time of year. Get timely information on how to enjoy the season without gaining weight, how to fit in fitness, and how to enjoy the holidays more while spending less.

Each session is 30-minutes and is held from 12 - 12:30 p.m. Sign up for all three or pick what topics interest you most and register for just one or two.

December 3: Being Generous this Season
We will focus on financial planning for the holidays and discuss a variety of free or modest-cost gifts that you can give to others-and yourself. We'll also discuss the most meaningful gifts of all. Special guest presenter, Kathryn Greiner, U-M Credit Union Budget Counselor

December 10: Planning for Festivities
We will share ways to enjoy holiday events while making smart choices for yourself and those you care about.

December 17: Celebrate with Energy and Cheer
Many of us feel a bit overwhelmed and exhausted during the holidays. In this session, we discuss how to balance caring for yourself with caring for your loved ones during this time of the year, and how to replace fatigue with energy and vigor.
