Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG)
PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons their families and friends through: support to cope with an adverse society; education to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights. The best way for parents, family members, friends or gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people to get support, receive educational materials and learn about PFLAG's advocacy efforts is to visit a PFLAG chapter. PFLAG has more than 500 chapters that are located in all 50 states.
