The exercise & relaxation classes are mixed in with all the other classes you offer. Can I see just the exercise & relaxation classes?
Yes you can. Under "Search" in the blue bar, hightlight "Activity" and click on "Search by type". Then you can choose "fitness" or "relaxation" from
the drop down list.
How do I cancel out of a class?
To take yourself out of a class you must call 734-975-3024 and request that you be taken out.
Webtrac says I'm "too old" to take a class, why is that?
If Webtrac says they are "too old" to take a class, your birthdate must have been entered wrong. Please call 734-975-3024 to change your
birthdate.
How do I order punchcards in Webtrac?
Punch cards are considered "merchandise" not a class (at this time), so they cannot be purchased on WebTrac. Call 734-975-3024
to purchase punchcards.
I've already created an account with Webtrac, how do I get back in Webtrac?
After you've created an account go to https://registration.mhealthy.org to
sign in to Webtrac.
If I choose payroll deduction as my form of payment, how quickly will the payment be deducted from my paycheck?
By selecting payroll deduction during the registration process you are authorizing us to process a request for a deduction
immediately. We must receive a faxed copy of the form to confirm whether you will have one or two deductions. You are eligible for
two deductions if the cost of your purchases are greater than $100. If we have not received the faxed form by the
following business day we will assume it is your intent to have one deduction and will submit such. Refunds will be processed
separately from payments and will follow payments. The deductions and refunds may or may not be in the same paycheck depending on
the timing of the deduction approval and refund request.
