DO ACTIVE U 2012!

Being active is a big part of being healthier. And Active U is back to help motivate you!

Active U runs February 14th through May 7th, 2012.

MHealthy's 12-week physical activity challenge is for all university faculty, staff, grad students, retirees and, now, spouses/other qualified adults (OQAs). As always, Active U is for every fitness level. Walk, swim, do yoga, lift weights, dance or log activity in a wheelchair. It all counts!

Do Active U and:

  • Sign up as part of a team or as an individual
  • Track activity minutes online or by a Smart phone
  • Keep logging to qualify for prize drawings
  • Earn a t-shirt by completing the program

What's New for 2012:

  • Spouses and OQAs can now participate in Active U!
  • Move more by meeting the new requirements for a successful week in Active U 2012:
    • Log at least 30 minutes PER DAY, at least three days per week
  • Support your university area of choice by donating funds throughout the program
  • Get access to weekly healthy eating tips and delicious healthy recipes
