MHEALTHY GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS

Here's your chance to WIN, WIN, WIN all summer and fall!

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff who sign up and participate in an eligible health and well-being activity between July – October 2012 can be automatically entered into the MHealthy Grand Prize Drawings for a chance to win one of six prizes valued up to $500 each!

The more eligible activities you participate in, the more chances you'll have to win!

Grand prizes: Six randomly selected winners will receive a prize package valued up to $500 each. Participants have the opportunity to win:

  • Eligible ActivitiesTravel vouchers
  • Sporting equipment
  • Exercise equipment
  • Gift cards & more!

Who's eligible: Benefits-eligible faculty and staff who sign up and participate in an eligible health and well-being activity between July 1 – October 31, 2012. Winners must be benefits-eligible at the time of the drawing.

What activities are eligible: More than a dozen activities qualify for a grand prize drawing entry. Click here to see a list of all activities, participation requirements and to register.

Drawing date: The MHealthy Grand Prize Drawing will be held November 5, 2012. Winners will be notified via email and/or work phone.

Please note:To be eligible to win prizes, benefits-eligible employees must have registered and participated in the activity. Participants have the option to opt out of the drawings. Winners are responsible for personal taxes associated with prizes. MHealthy employees and contractors are not eligible to win drawing prizes.
