Why did you decide to join the MHealthy Weight Management Program?
About two years ago, my eating was out of control. I was tired all the time, and my clothes were getting tighter and tighter. I have tried other weight loss programs that last a few weeks but they either didn't work or only provided a temporary fix. But with the help of MHealthy's Weight Management Program, this time I lost 20 pounds and have kept most of it off for two years. I learned how to really change my lifestyle, remain vigilant regarding good health and get right back on track if I stray.

What did you like most about the program?
The MHealthy Weight Management Program worked very well for me and continues to influence the choices I make for two important reasons:

  1. The program includes a behavior modification piece in addition to nutrition and exercise information. I really started to see how my thoughts and feelings were influencing the choices I was making. I knew what I should be eating and how I should be exercising but I learned how I was sabotaging my own best efforts!
  2. The program is a full year with support available after the initial 12-week program ends. Most of us were worried that we might slip back into our old patterns after the structured portion of the class was finished. Having access to experts for a full year provided just the right amount of support and information to keep us going in the right direction.
