Notes: UM Flint Staff New Hire Trend Data by IPEDS/EEO Category*

  • Flint Campus New hire rates declined slightly to 14.3% down from  14.9% in 2004-05
  • As with the Flint Campus termination data the relatively small size of the staff population in some IPEDS/EEO groups on the Flint Campus and the realignment of job classifications and EEO categories results in potentially misleading trend comparisons.

*Total numbers are smaller so a change in “number” may appear larger as a percentage of the total.
