U-M Career Services for Staff


Our vision is for a three-pronged approach for a Career Services function:

  • It will provide direct services for staff, such as career counseling, career fairs, job search skills, self-assessment tool,s and other resources that will help UM grow, attract, and retain the best workforce talent.

  • It will enlist supervisors, managers, and leaders by providing toolkits and training to assist them in the development of their own staff.

  • It will provide an umbrella of U-M career resources that augment the services already offered through various campus units.
